My Hometown
My hometown is Bhutan, a small Himalayan country known for its breathtaking natural beauty and peaceful way of life. Surrounded by mountains, forests, and rivers, Bhutan is a place where people still breathe clean, fresh air and live closely connected to nature. What makes it especially unique is that Bhutan is one of the few carbon-negative countries in the world, meaning it absorbs more carbon dioxide than it produces. I enjoy how the country values environmental conservation and happiness over rapid industrial growth, creating a calm and healthy environment for both people and wildlife.
My Major and Future Plans
I am majoring in Information Technology. After graduation, I plan to build a career in the technology field, focusing on roles such as systems analysis, quality assurance, or software related positions. I am interested in using my technical skills to solve real world problems, improve system efficiency, and support reliable, secure applications. My long term goal is to continue growing professionally, gain advanced certifications, and take on leadership responsibilities within the IT industry
My Relationship With the Internet
I use the internet daily for work, school, and personal activities. It is essential for researching academic topics, completing assignments, communicating through email and messaging platforms, and accessing online learning resources. What matters most to me is having a fast, reliable, and secure connection so I can work efficiently without interruptions. On average, I spend several hours a day online, especially during weekdays, balancing professional, educational, and personal use.
